WORKSHOP SCHOOLS 2030 “Learning by Doing”

Training to foster labour insertion of vulnerable young people and to support their social inclusion, regardless of gender or their ethnic and cultural background

The Spanish Cooperation Workshop Schools 2030 Programme helps to improve conditions for vulnerable girls and boys with no access to training. The Workshop Schools offer a way out of the vicious circle of poverty through the following route: UNEMPLOYMENT>TRAINING>EMPLOYMENT.

More than 37,000 young people can testify to the benefits of the system, raising their living conditions and obtaining high-quality skills, opening the doors to decent employment. The programme initially offered skills related to cultural heritage restoration but has been adapted to new approaches based on the demand for employment.
