Joining Forces for Child Rights Now!

How advancing child rights can tackle inequality worldwide

Despite remarkable progress being made in many areas, children’s rights are facing rapidly evolving challenges. Growing inequality, worsening conflict and the negative effects suffered by children in migration have exacerbated issues such as gender bias, hunger, poverty, ill-health and exploitation. Children are being discriminated against and blocked from speaking up and participating in the decisions that affect them. In response, six child focused agencies are forming the Joining Forces initiative to secure and improve on the progress made upholding the rights of children the world over.
