In 2012, European Development Days (EDD) will be an invitation only event. This means that only accredited organisations and stakeholders will able to register to take part in the seventh edition of the European Development Days.
Participation in the European Development Days is free of charge.
Online registration for accredited organisations
Online registration for EDD12 is now CLOSED. Please note however, that onsite registration for accredited organisations will still be possible on a 'first come first served' basis at the venue on 16 and 17 October. The organisers reserve the right to restrict access to the event in line with security and space considerations.
If you have registered already, please do not forget that you will need your badge to access the venue. You are requested to wear the badge in a visible manner for the duration of the two-day event. By registering for the event, you will receive an e-mail with a barcode a few days before the event. Simply print out this confirmation e-mail and bring it along to the event, together with a piece of identification (passport, national ID card) to receive your badge at the accreditations desks. The opening hours to pick-up badges are between 08.00 and 19.00 from Tuesday 16 to Friday 17 October.
Please note that you will also be able to pick up your badge ahead of the event and avoid the queues by going (with your barcode + passport/national ID card) to the Info Point set up at the Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation (Rue de la Loi, 43-45, Brussels) from 09:00 to 18:00 on Friday 12/10 and Monday 15/10.
For comprehensive practical information on EDD12, please see the EDD12 FAQ.
Should you not be able to take part in the event onsite, please remember that EDD12 will be streamed live online via the eudevdays.eu website. You will be able to watch all of the HLPs as they happen, live, from the comfort of your own home or office. For more information on the EDD12 live streaming, please click here.
